3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5.1 Return Policy

We want your transformation to be perfectly magical! Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Face paint (all opened or used containers)
• Wigs that have been unsealed, tried on, or removed from original packaging

These items are considered final sale once packaging is compromised.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation
5. Mail to the address we provide using a tracked service

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
