We need 1-2 business days to prepare your magical parcel with care before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two enchanting shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Your package will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchange Enchantment

We want your transformation journey to be perfectly magical! If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your character vision, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right.

Policy Timeline

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same perfect condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Face Paint (All opened or used containers)
  • Wigs that have been unsealed, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.

These items are considered final sale once their packaging has been compromised due to hygiene reasons.

The Magical Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our magical customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorisation number and our return address. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship It: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Let Us Work Our Magic: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Magic

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You will be refunded the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies! Contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
