However, we understand that sometimes a transformation might not go exactly as planned. If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your character vision, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right.
🕒 Our Policy Timeline
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same perfect condition you received it.
- Face Paint (All opened or used containers)
- Wigs that have been unsealed, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.
🔄 The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our magical customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the handy template below!
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorisation number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and enclose a copy of your original order confirmation.
- Ship It: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong or defective item).
- Let Us Work Our Magic: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
