Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our face paints are formulated to be gentle on skin, but we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. For wigs and costumes, we recommend washing according to care instructions before wear.

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to bring transformation magic worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.

What shipping options are available?

We offer two magical shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch!

Are all items eligible for return?

For health and safety reasons, face paints and opened makeup products cannot be returned. All other items must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.
